Prices
All prices are F.O.B. Waunakee, Wisconsin.
Terms
Next 30 days from date of invoice upon credit approval. Prepayment of 50% is required on all initial orders. Prepayment above approved credit limits may be required based upon credit review.
Freight
Unless you request a specific routing or carrier with collect billing, freight charge is a percentage of NET buying price and based upon destination. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED MAP.
Standard truck deliveries are tailgate only. Inside delivery, tailgate and telephone notification normally bears additional charges which we will have to pass on to the customer.
Damage
If merchandise is delivered in a damaged condition, or if concealed damage is suspected, please ensure the driver notes this on all copies of freight bills before signing for the goods. The purchaser must examine for concealed damage as soon as possible. IF YOU REQUESTED A CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE DAMAGE CLAIMS. Notice of freight claims must be given to the carrier within 15 days of delivery. All damaged merchandise and packaging must be retained until inspected by carrier. Seller's invoice must be paid in full when due, irrespective of pending freight claims.
Returned Goods
RETURNED SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Return authorizations will not be issued on products shipped 90 days or more from ship date. Merchandise must be returned in original shipping cartons with proper inner packing. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will be inspected. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Merchandise made to special specifications is not subject to cancellation or return.
Non-Standard Finishes
Custom stain finishes are available on a variety of products. Custom finishes require a $150.00 stain matching fee and a 15% up-charge. Custom stained products are non-returnable.
HABA® Imported Products
Gressco is the exclusive distributor to the United States and Canada of the German made HABA® products. These items may incur longer lead-times, perhaps up to twelve weeks for custom ordered products. These imported items may affect the return policy depending on the product and quantity in question.
